    We are not liable for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control (natural disasters, war, outages, cyberattacks, etc.). Performance resumes once conditions normalize.

  18. Survival

    Sections on IP, confidentiality, disclaimers, liability, DMCA, dispute resolution, force majeure, and miscellaneous terms continue after termination.
