On September 18, 2025, the Asiacruit team proudly attended the American Chamber of Commerce of the Philippines, Inc. (AMCHAM) event in Makati City titled “2026 Wage Increase Prognosis and Compensation Trends.”
Representing Asiacruit were Richmond Chan (Chief Operating Officer), John Carigma (Recruitment Manager), and Elaine Nua (Sales Account Manager).
The session was led by Floriza Molon, Principal and Business Leader at Mercer, who presented research and analysis on projected wage growth, labor market conditions, and strategies for maintaining fair and competitive compensation frameworks.
The forum provided HR and business leaders with valuable insights into compensation trends, labor market dynamics, and forward-looking strategies for workforce planning.
